- What is included in the price?
Ongoing music consultation, set up and tear down, 90 minutes of performance time, as well as most music requests. - What do the musicians wear?
We wear all black unless otherwise requested. This means we will not clash with your colors, nor will we visually detract from your big day. - Do the musicians attend the rehearsal?
No. We have found that wedding rehearsals are more beneficial for the bridal party than for vendors. If you would prefer that one or more musicians attend the rehearsal, we are happy to oblige for a $75 per musician fee. - Do you take special requests?
Absolutely!!! We love learning new music and want your big day to be as special as possible. We are able to accommodate most requests for free, but special requests may require an arranging fee depending on the availability of the piece. - How early do the musicians arrive before performing?
Our musicians arrive 30-45 minutes prior to playing. This allows them to set up, tune and receive any last minute instructions that may arise. - Do the musicians need microphones or a sound system?
Our instruments were created to have their own amplification, therefore microphones and amplifiers are not necessary. If you prefer that we use a sound system, we are happy to use one if it is provided. - How far in advance do you book events?
We book events up to 18 months in advance. We recommend securing your musicians at least 3 months in advance of your big day, but will do our very best if a shorter lead time is needed.
